Deposit policy and accepted payment methods
A1one accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. All accounts, balances, bonuses and transactions are denominated in RM. Accepted payment methods are as follows:
The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set; however, a1one reserves the right to apply limits based on risk assessment and account profile. Deposits are generally processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.

A1one members may request a withdrawal at any time via the "Withdrawal" section in their account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays may take longer to process, depending on the operating hours of the relevant payment provider.

All bets placed on a1one are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring their bets are correct before confirming. a1one will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in the case of a proven technical issue.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the a1one support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any valid funds in the account (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member once the verification process is complete.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, a1one reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds in that account, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
